We are always looking for ways in which to improve the standard of our services and would appreciate any ideas, comments or suggestions you may have.  Please hand in your comments/suggestions at the Reception desk.  Please put your name and address on your comment/suggestion as anonymous comments/suggestions will not be accepted.


We aim to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients .  However, if you have any complaint or concern about any aspect of our service, please let us know as we are always willing to discuss any issues with you.

Should you wish to put your complaint in writing a copy of our Complaints Procedure is attached below which outlines the procedure to follow.  Alternatively a copy is available from the Reception desk.
