As from Tuesday 1st August 2023 prescriptions requests will only be taken via telephone after 10am.
We have taken this step to improve our telephone access between 8am and 10am and to allow us to deal with urgent requests first.
Please continue to submit your prescription requests using the following methods:
- Via patient access
- Via the NHS app
- Drop off of prescription slip at reception
- Via telephone after 10am only.
These changes have been made following feedback from our patients, staff, and PPG to help improve access and continuity of care.
